General Questions:

Typical operating hours during our regular season will be 10:30am-5:45pm. Operating hours may vary. Please check our website or contact us for current hours of operation. DO NOT rely on 3rd party sources for our operating hours, such as Google or Yelp.

Yes, lockers are available for all-day use for $7.00 (credit or debit only) to securely store your belongings. They are located next to the lower bathrooms near the Tad Pool Kiddie Pool. 

We have two parking lots available for complimentary guest parking. Our main entrance lot is located at 2301 Airport Road. If our main lot is full, our overflow parking lot entrance is located at 2981 Union Road, directly east of the Paso Robles Sports Club. From our overflow lot, a boardwalk path will guide you beneath the Highway 46 overpass, leading directly to our back gate entrance. Both lots are free of charge. Please ensure your vehicle is locked as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items left inside your vehicle. Do not leave pets in your vehicle. 

No, outside food and beverages are not allowed in the park. Exceptions for those with special dietary restrictions are made on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by ticket office staff. We offer a variety of dining options in the park to accommodate most dietary needs. 

One 16oz. sealed water bottle per person is allowed. Reusable water bottles must be empty. Water fill stations are available throughout the park for your convenience.

No, The Ravine Waterpark is an all non-smoking facility. 

No, outside flotation devices (examples: tubes, rafts, infant tubes) are prohibited and not allowed to be brought into the waterpark. Lifejackets are available for free on a first-come, first-served basis.  We also rent out toddler tubes for $5.00/day at the Tiki Hut.

Ticketing and Admission:

No, purchasing tickets in advance is not required, but is recommended to ensure entry, especially during peak periods.

Tickets are non-refundable. However, in the event of park closure due to inclement weather, rain checks may be issued at our discretion. Cabana refunds are available only for cancellations made at least 36 hours before your reservation date. 

Yes, group discounts are available for parties of 15 or more. To begin your group reservation, please visit our groups page and submit the group form. We will contact you with further instructions and payment details. 

Yes, season passes are available for unlimited visits throughout the 2024 season. For details and pricing information, please visit our ticket offices inside the park, or check the ticketing page on our website.

Safety and Accessibility:

Yes, some attractions have specific height and weight restrictions for safety purposes. Please check our Attractions tab for more details.

Miscellaneous:

Yes, of course! We suggest booking a cabana or group area for your party to ensure privacy and comfort, but you may also utilize our public seating areas available on a first-come, first-served basis. 15+ guests in your party? Check out our groups page for bulk ticket discounts. Please see additional FAQ’s pertaining to our policies regarding birthday parties. 

No, we do not allow any umbrellas, pop-up’s, tents, or other shade structures. There is free shaded areas located throughout the park. 

We accept cash and credit/debit cards (Visa, MC, Discover, AMEX). Apple/Google/Samsung Pay is available at the ticket office and in most areas in the park. Gift cards are also available for purchase. 

Yes, you’re welcome to bring a cake or cupcakes if you’ve booked a cabana or group rental area with server service. Please check in your dessert at our ticket office upon your arrival for safe storage, and your server will deliver it upon your request. No ice cream cake or desserts please. 

Yes, decorations are allowed inside your cabana/group rental area only. Please refrain from using glass, confetti, or anything that requires nails or tacks. Please dispose of/take home your decorations at the end of your stay.

While we do not offer party meal packages, we have a variety of food and beverage options available for purchase through your cabana server or at our restaurants. Our whole pizzas are a popular choice for groups, starting at $19.00. We also have ice cream and shaved ice available.

Yes, you can bring presents and party favors/goody bags. Both MUST be in open gift-type bags for security to check upon entry. (No wrapped presents.) Please give party favors/goody bags to your guests at the end of your party. 

Yes, a daily admission ticket or 2024 season pass is required for all guests age 2 and over to enter the park and the Kool Vibes area/Jungle Treasure Mini-Golf Course (additional fee req. for mini golf) regardless of attraction/water use.

If you need assistance in finding your child, please approach any lifeguard for help. The Tiki Hut located in the lower section of the park near the Calypso Bay wave pool and Kick Back Creek lazy river serves as an ideal spot to arrange a meeting place for your family or group, should anyone become separated. 

Yes, you can leave and re-enter the park on the same day while wearing the specific color wristband assigned for that day.

The First Aid Station is located at the small tan building across from the Tiki Hut, near the Kickback Kreek lazy river and the Calypso Bay Wave Pool. The Ravine Waterpark is staffed by certified EMTs during operating hours.

Yes, our Lost & Found is located at the Tiki Hut, near the Kickback Kreek lazy river and the Calypso Bay Wave Pool.

Yes, there are several free shaded areas throughout the park, in addition to cabanas and group areas. Arriving early is recommended as shaded areas are often in high demand, especially on hot days.

Yes, there are changing room and showers located in the lower restrooms between the Calypso Bay Wave Pool and the Tad Pool Kiddie Pool.

Venue Information

Policies

At Ravine Waterpark, we are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests. To maintain a pleasant environment, we have established the following policies:

General Policies:

  1. Admission: All guests are required to purchase an admission ticket(s) or hold a valid season pass(es) for entry into the park. Tickets are available for purchase online or at the park entrance. There is no refund on tickets purchased online or at the ticket office. 
  2. Supervision: Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult (18 years or older) at all times while in the park and will not be admitted into the waterpark without an adult with them.
  3. Attire: Proper swim attire is mandatory for all guests. Revealing, thong-style, or inappropriate clothing is not permitted. Guests may be asked to change or cover up if attire is deemed unsuitable.
  4. Dress Code: In keeping with a family-friendly environment, proper swimwear is encouraged to ride all attractions. All “private” body areas must be appropriately covered. Swimwear which is too provocative or revealing, at the park’s discretion, is prohibited.
  5. Tattoos: No vulgar or offensive tattoos, statement or artwork on clothing. This includes curse words, depictions or sexual acts or nudity, depictions or messages of violence, and racially or religiously divisive/hateful material.
  6. Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Lockers are available for rent to securely store valuables. Ravine Waterpark is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
  7. Smoking: Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes and vaping devices, is strictly prohibited within the park premises.
  8. Drugs: Use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited within the park. Any guest found under the influence of drugs will be escorted out of the park without a refund.
  9. Pets: With the exception of service dogs (defined as a dog individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities), pets are not allowed inside the park. Service dogs must be kept on a leash or harness at all times.

Safety Policies:

  1. Height and Weight Restrictions: Certain attractions have specific height and weight restrictions for safety reasons. Guests must adhere to these restrictions for their own safety and the safety of others.
  2. Life Jackets: Life jackets are provided free of charge and are available for use at various locations throughout the park. They are recommended for non-swimmers and inexperienced swimmers and are required for some attractions. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that children wear life jackets when required/appropriate.
  3. Behavior: Running, diving, pushing, or engaging in any behavior that may endanger others is strictly prohibited within the park. Guests must walk at all times and follow posted rules and instructions from lifeguards and staff.
  4. Medical Conditions: Guests with medical conditions, disabilities, or injuries that may be aggravated by water activities are advised to consult with a physician before entering the park. Please notify a lifeguard or staff member if you require any special assistance.
  5. Inclement Weather: In the event of lightning, thunderstorms, or other severe weather conditions, attractions may be temporarily closed for the safety of guests and staff. Updates and announcements will be made over the park’s PA system and through official channels.

Code of Conduct:

  1. Respect: Treat fellow guests, staff, and park facilities with respect and courtesy at all times.
  2. Compliance: Follow all posted rules, regulations, and instructions provided by park staff regarding safety guidelines and attraction rules.
  3. Responsibility: Guests are responsible for their own actions and the actions of any minors under their supervision. Parents or guardians are accountable for the behavior and safety of their children.

Photography: 

Upon entering the park, patrons grant Ravine Waterpark the right to record videos and capture      photographic images, which may be utilized for marketing, advertising, news reporting, promotions, and social media purposes. All proprietary rights and copyrights to such materials exclusively belong to Ravine Waterpark in perpetuity, without any obligation of compensation or consideration to any guest or individual present within or around the park property.

Failure to comply with these policies may result in expulsion from the park without refund or compensation.
