General Questions:
Typical operating hours during our summer season will be 10:30a-5:45p. Operating hours may vary. Please check our website or contact us for current hours of operation. Please DO NOT rely on 3rd party sites, such as Google or Yelp, for our operating hours as these are not always correct.
Outside food and beverages are not allowed, with the exception of one sealed plastic water bottle per person and/or an empty refillable non-glass water bottle. Glass of any kind including bottles/containers are not permitted into the waterpark. Guests with food allergies/restrictions may bring their own food, subject to approval and tagging by ticket office staff, before passing through security. Inside the park, we provide a range of dining options designed to accommodate most dietary restrictions.
Yes, lockers are available for rent for $10.00 per day (Credit or Debit cards only).
Outside flotation devices, such as tubes, rafts, and infant tubes, are prohibited in the waterpark. We offer lifejackets free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis. Toddler tubes (tubes with an enclosed bottom) are also available for rent at the Tiki Hut for $5.00 per day.
Each guest may bring one sealed 16 oz. plastic water bottle and/or an empty refillable non-glass water bottle into the waterpark. Glass bottles, containers, or glass of any kind are strictly prohibited. For your convenience, water refill stations are available throughout the park.
Cabanas reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis throughout our Summer 2024 Season. Cabanas reservations are made on our cabana rental page on our website. We recommend making your reservation as early as possible as cabanas frequently sell out, especially on weekends and holidays.
Ticketing and Admission:
Advance ticket purchase is not required, but it is recommended to ensure entry, especially during peak periods.
Yes, season passes are available for unlimited visits on all days we are open to the public during the 2024 Season. General Season passes are for guests age 2 years of age and older (under 2 is free). Senior Season Passes are available for purchase at the ticket office for guests 65+ years of age with valid ID. Military discounts are also available at the ticket office with valid Military ID. Check our ticketing page for current pricing.
Yes, we offer discounted admission for groups of 15 or more paid admissions. Please visit our groups tab for more information and to fill out our group form and our ticket office will get back to you as soon as possible.
The half green circle icon indicates that all Cabanas and Group areas are fully booked on the selected date, but season passes and day tickets remain available for purchase online or at the ticket office.
Guests UNDER the age of 2 are admitted free of charge. Once they have their 2nd birthday, a 2024 season or day pass is required for entrance.
Cabana reservations can be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 36 hours before your reservation date and time (10:30 AM on the date of you visit). After 36 hours no refunds will be issued.
Tickets and season passes are non-refundable. Day tickets are flexible and can be used on any operational day during the 2024 season, as they are not date-specific. Should the park close due to inclement weather, rain checks may be issued
We have 2 lots available for parking. Our main entrance will be at 2301 Airport Road. Our overflow parking lot is located at 2981 Union Road, adjacent to the Paso Robles Sports Club. There is no charge for parking in either lot.
Safety and Accessibility:
Yes, some attractions have specific height and weight restrictions for safety reasons. Please check our Slides & Attractions Tab for details.
Yes, we strive to make our park accessible to all guests. Please contact our ticket office at (805) 237-8500 for more information.
Miscellaneous:
Yes, of course! We do not have birthday party packages but you may celebrate in a open/public seating area or rent a cabana or group area. There is no outside food or drinks permitted (One sealed plastic water bottle per person or EMPTY refillable water bottles are ok). A cake or cupcakes is permitted ONLY with the rental of a cabana or group area.
Yes, decorations are allowed inside your cabana or group rental area only. Please refrain from using glass, confetti, or anything that requires nails or tacks. Additionally, please remove and dispose of your decorations at the end of your stay.
Yes, birthday cakes or cupcakes are permitted with the rental of a cabana or group rental area. Check in your dessert at our ticket office upon arrival, and your cabana server will deliver it to you upon request. We cannot accept any ice cream based desserts.
While we do not offer party meal packages, we have a variety of food and beverage options available for purchase through your cabana server. Our whole pizzas are a popular choice among party-goers, starting at $19.00 with various toppings.
There is no smoking or vaping permitted anywhere in the Ravine Waterpark or Kool Vibes/Mini Golf area.
Yes, an admission ticket or 2024 season pass is required for all guests 2 years of age and over to enter the park regardless of attraction/water use.
In the event you need help finding your child, please make contact with any lifeguard for assistance. The Tiki Hut located at the bottom of the park near the wave pool and lazy river is a great place to make prearranged plans for your family or group to meet in the event of a lost family/group member.
The first aid station is located at the small tan building across from the Tiki Hut. The Ravine Waterpark is staffed by certified EMTs during operating hours.
Parking is free in both our main lot located at 2301 Airport Rd. and in our overflow lot located at 2981 Union Road. Please ensure your vehicle is locked as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items left inside your vehicle.
Yes, there are several free shaded areas throughout the park, in addition to shaded cabanas and group rental areas. Arriving early is recommended as shaded areas are usually in high demand, especially on hot days.
Yes, there are changing room and showers located in the lower restrooms between the Calypso Bay Wave Pool and Kiddy Pool.
Policies
At Ravine Waterpark, we are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests. To maintain a pleasant environment, we have established the following policies:
General Policies:
- Admission: All guests are required to purchase admission tickets or hold valid season passes for entry into the park. Tickets are available for purchase online or at the park entrance.
- Supervision: Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult (18 years or older) at all times while in the park.
- Outside Food & Beverage Policy: Outside food and beverages are prohibited, except for one sealed plastic water bottle per person and/or empty refillable non-glass containers. Glass containers of any kind are not allowed within the park. Guests with medical dietary needs/food allergens may bring their own food, subject to approval and possible denial by ticket staff before entry. The park offers a variety of dining options to accommodate most dietary restrictions. Please consult our staff regarding food allergens.
- Dress Code & Proper Swim Attire: Proper swim attire is required for all guests. All private body party must be covered, and revealing, thong-style, or inappropriate clothing is not permitted. Denim, shorts with rivets, and shirts with buttons or zippers on the back are not allowed on the water slides. Water shoes are allowed to be worn only in the wave pool and lazy river. Guests may be asked to change, cover up, or leave the park if their attire is deemed unsuitable or inappropriate.
- Tattoos: No vulgar or offensive tattoos, statement or artwork on clothing. This includes curse words, depictions or sexual acts or nudity, depictions or messages of violence, and racially or religiously divisive/hateful material. Guests may be asked to cover up if their tattoos do not meet these guidelines.
- Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for the security of their personal belongings while visiting Ravine Waterpark. We strongly recommend using the lockers available for rent throughout the park to securely store your valuables, such as wallets, phones, and other personal items. Ravine Waterpark is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Please take care to safeguard your belongings, as the park cannot assume liability for any losses or damages incurred during your visit.
- Smoking: In adherence to our goal of maintaining a family-friendly environment, smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes and vaping devices, is strictly prohibited within the park premises. Guests who do not comply with this policy may be asked to leave the park. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
- Drugs: Use of all drugs and illegal substances is strictly prohibited within the park. Any guest found under the influence of drugs will be escorted out of the park without a refund.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed inside the park, with the exception of service animals. Under California law, service animals are defined as dogs trained to perform specific tasks for individuals with disabilities. Emotional support or comfort animals are not considered service animals and are not permitted into the park. Service animals must be leashed or harnessed at all times. If a service animal is not under control or poses a threat, it may be required to leave the park. Please do not leave animals in your vehicle.
Safety Policies:
- Height and Weight Restrictions: Certain attractions have specific height and weight restrictions for safety reasons. Guests must adhere to these restrictions for their own safety and the safety of others.
- Life Jackets: Life jackets are provided free of charge and are available for use at various locations throughout the park. They are recommended for non-swimmers and inexperienced swimmers. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that children wear life jackets when appropriate.
- Behavior: Running, diving, pushing, or engaging in any behavior that may endanger others is strictly prohibited within the park. Guests must walk at all times and follow posted rules and instructions from lifeguards and staff.
- Medical Conditions: Guests with medical conditions, disabilities, or injuries that may be aggravated by water activities are advised to consult with a physician before entering the park. Please notify a lifeguard or staff member if you require any special assistance.
- Inclement Weather: In the event of lightning, thunderstorms, or other severe weather conditions, attractions may be temporarily closed for the safety of guests and staff. Updates and announcements will be made over the park’s PA system and through official channels.
Code of Conduct:
- Respect: Treat fellow guests, staff, and park facilities with respect and courtesy at all times.
- Compliance: Follow all posted rules, regulations, and instructions provided by park staff regarding safety guidelines and attraction rules.
- Responsibility: Guests are responsible for their own actions and the actions of any minors under their supervision. Parents or guardians are accountable for the behavior and safety of their children.
Failure to comply with these policies may result in expulsion from the park without refund or compensation.
